Fragment definition is - a part broken off, detached, or incomplete. How to use fragment in a sentence. Synonym Discussion of fragment. The general notion, I suppose, is that the 'fragments' are the crumbs that fell from each man's hands, as he ate, and the picture before the imagination of the ordinary reader is that of the Apostles' carefully collecting the debris of the meal from the grass where it had dropped. But the true notion is that the 'broken pieces which remain over.

What does the Bible say about the Fragmented Soul?

RESPONSE:

The soul is comprised of three parts: the Mind, Will and Emotions.

The Soul is the Mind

Ps 139:14

14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

Prov 19:2

2 Also, that the soul be without knowledge, it is not good; and he that hasteth with his feet sinneth.

The Soul is the Will

Job 7:14-15

14 Then thou scarest me with dreams, and terrifiest me through visions:

15 So that my soul chooseth strangling, and death rather than my life.

Job 6:7

7 The things that my soul refused to touch are as my sorrowful meat.

The Soul is the Emotions

Ps 35:9

9 And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in his salvation.

Song 1:7

7 Tell me, O thou whom my soul loveth, where thou feedest, where thou makest thy flock to rest at noon: for why should I be as one that turneth aside by the flocks of thy companions?

Jer 13:17

17 But if ye will not hear it, my soul shall weep in secret places for your pride; and mine eye shall weep sore, and run down with tears, because the LORD’s flock is carried away captive.

The Bible states that our soul can be “fragmented” which is another way of saying “torn” or “damaged.”

Ps 7:2

2 Lest he tear my soul like a lion, rending it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.

Prov 6:32

32 But whoso committeth adultery with a woman lacketh understanding: he that doeth it destroyeth his own soul.

Fragments Iiirejected Scriptures

Matt 16:26

26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Although the devil has taken advantage of our ignorance in this area and ruined many lives, the Lord has revealed to us through His Word that we can ask Him to restore our souls. You can pray a prayer similar to this:

“Father, I ask You in the Name of Jesus Christ to send out angels to gather up the fragments of my soul and restore them to their rightful place in me (Psalm 7:2, 23:3).

With the full power and authority of the Lord Jesus, I ask that angels unearth and break all earthen vessels, bonds, bands or bindings which have been put upon my soul by any means.

Restore all the pieces of my fragmented mind, will, emotions, appetite, intellect, heart, and personality. Bring them all into proper and original positions where they belong. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

In the Name of Jesus Christ, I command Satan and all of his demons to loose my mind completely. I ask You, Father to send Your angels to break, cut and sever all fetters, bands, chains, ties and bonds of whatever sort the enemy has managed to place on my mind by word or deed. I ask You to loose into me and my family the spirits of the Lord: Wisdom, Counsel, Might, Knowledge, Fear of the Lord, Power, Love, Sound Mind, Grace, Peace and the Spirit of the Lord. Amen.”
