MHR is committed to continuing to provide support and services to people experiencing mental health and substance use concerns during this time. With the spread of COVID-19, MHR has made temporary changes to the way services are delivered to protect the health of people receiving services and the MHR staff.
Specifically, most services that are typically provided face to face, will be provided via telehealth or telephone for the time being, with the exception of situations in which it is determined that an in-person visit is deemed clinically necessary.
Health Resources In Action
Our Seward Community Support Program drop-in hours are temporarily cancelled, however, CSP staff continue to connect with individuals via telephone to provide support and services. Arrangements have also been made for participants to receive food support.
Our Substance Use Disorder Clinics will continue to provide individual and group treatment and therapy via telehealth and telephone. The clinic locations will be temporarily closed to in-person visits and groups.
MHR will continue to monitor the situation and follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) guidelines.
